Ltd. & Gutpa and Company Consultants With academic qualifications including MBA (HR), LLB, and LLM, he brings a strong combination of legal expertise and business understanding.
Over the past two decades, Sachin has transformed G&CC into a trusted labour law compliance partner for organizations across India. He has led major compliance audits, due-diligence exercises, and advisory projects for sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, IT, and highway concessions.
Driving G&CC’s digital evolution, he has conceptualized and launched innovative platforms such as
VendorComply, Saral Notification, and the AI-based Vendor Audit System, helping clients strengthen accuracy,
transparency, and real-time compliance monitoring.

expertise in labour laws, statutory obligations, and regulatory risk management. He has played a key

Jugbir has a proven track record of guiding organizations across industries and ensuring end-to-end

Shri. N. K. Gupta, Co-Founder and Director of G&CC Management Services Pvt. Ltd., brings 35+ years of
distinguished experience from the Ministry of Labour & Employment. He retired as Deputy Director from
the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Head Office, New Delhi, where he played a
significant role in policy implementation, compliance administration, and operational oversight.
At G&CC, Mr. Gupta heads the ESI Team and the Accounts function, providing expert guidance on ESIC
interpretation, compliance strategy, contribution audits, and end-to-end statutory processes. His deep
understanding of departmental procedures, inspection mechanisms, and regulatory requirements ensures
that every ESI-related activity is accurate, timely, and aligned with the law.
His leadership, discipline, and extensive government background form a critical pillar of G&CC’s
credibility and service excellence. He continues to mentor teams, strengthen internal systems, and
uphold the company’s commitment to delivering transparent and trustworthy compliance solutions.
